Northport Yacht Club

Founded in 1939, the Northport Yacht Club is a Bayside hub for boat owners and enthusiasts – including a membership base of more than 200 families and friends – who participate in races, cruises, educational and charitable activities, and beloved social events.

Generations of Bayside children and others have learned to sail in the yacht club’s highly popular summer sailing school which, like nearly all NYC activities, is based at the NYC’s Bayside clubhouse and anchorage. Private sailing lessons are also available for students of all ages.
